First Aid

I've just spent the last 2 days revalidating my first aid ticket by doing a 2 day course with BASP. The strength of these courses are their very practical nature and our trainer pitched it very well without to much technical information and a nice progression in complexity of scenarios always returning to the same basic principals of first aid.
