A day off but this morning Nigel, Neal, Sally and I were checking kit lists, running over a little ropework and making other preparations as leaders of The Glasgow Academy expedition to Gaaseland (Eastern Greenland) where we are hoping to undertake some exploratory mountaineering later this summer.
