SPA Training

This weekend I've been running an SPA Training based at Glasgow Climbing Centre. It was a full course with 8 folk from a wide variety of backgrounds making for an interesting 2 days for myself and Karen who was assisting me.
We were lucky on the first day as it stayed drier than forecast at Neilston Quarry and we stayed late at the climbing wall too. Although it was damp today at Auchinstarry today it was far from heavy rain.
 Neilston 'pad'
 Rob Mc's quest for gear
A boulderer placing a torque nut
Hysteria sets in late on day 2
The weather could have been far worse
