Today Frank, Craig and I went to the Mess of Pottage and climbed Hidden Chimney. There was plenty of unconsolidated snow wherever there had been a lee side to bulges of rock but the crux was quite thinly iced. Cracks were quite verglassed too. A few other routes of similar grade were done in the coire today but apparently the top out round the trident gullys looks quite unpleasant. There was a strong wind blowing up the crag today- see the photos! Today I was working for Glenmore Lodge.
