Woke this morning to a little more snow than the 'occasional showers' forecast and the gates up to Cairngorm were closed most of the morning. The Intro to Winter Climbing course used the facilities at Glenmore Lodge to look at mixed climbing technique and some ropework which we then took out onto the hill in the afternoon. We visited the Ciste Crag where the teams climbed various short mixed lines as the temperature took a sharp rise for a while. Today I was working for Glenmore Lodge.
