Site Specific Climbing Wall work

Today I was down near Glasgow working with a group of Scout leaders on their small climbing wall.
HSE recognise 4 routes to demonstrating competence: an NGB (e.g. SPA, CWA), an equivalent (e.g. military or Scouting qualifications), a site specific award (delivered by an appropriate person- in climbing terms usually an MIA or higher) or personal experience (usually self-certified which can be hard to prove in the event of an official body asking for confirmation).

I also bought a new helmet from Petzl through Lyon.
