Yesterday on the bikes.
Day off yesterday and Mike and I went to check out a route he'd heard of on the bikes. We did a loop from Morvich in Kintail up Glen Lichd, past Camban, then back west and over Bealach na Sgairne. The weather was great, the riding was sweet, the hike a bike less than expected (NTS have an in situ path building team doing great work ) the company was grand and we only had a couple of mechanicals and I only scraped the skin off of one shin.
