Up the wall

Today was the third and final day of a climbing module with students from West Highland College. With a wet forecast we headed to the Ice Factor to ensure we had covered the syllabus, give everyone a chance to review weaker areas and reflect on their skills acquisition process. We looked at things as diverse as the differences between leading indoors and outside, protecting a personal abseil, belay plate orientation and rotation and flagging. Nice to help 4 keen new climbers on their way!
