Development Coach Training

Regular blogfans may have noticed I've been quite psyched on the subject of coaching in climbing recently. Today I was working for Glenmore Lodge alongside Jon Jones running the first Mountain Training coaching course in Scotland. We are running Development Coach Training Course over two days taking a group of people actively involved in coaching through the training course looking at the coaching process as it can be applied to climbing. A great challenging day to be running this new course to MT's syllabus and great to be working with JJ and a keen team from varied backgrounds.

Its about the observation, the analysis and the feedback, not the technology
