3 days of all things SPA
I'm just home from 3 days of work for the Staff Team at Action Adventure Activities a multi activity centre based near Glasgow with a really healthy staff training programme. Tuesday was a refresher day and we basked in the sun at Auchinstarry Quarry. Wednesday was a long day 1 of an SPA Training at the Quadrocks followed by an evening session at Glasgow Climbing Centre and today we had Training day 2 at Neilston Quarry. I think I felt 3 raindrops in 3 days so I'm happy with that!
